Lower Columbia College House Manager (Rose Center for the Arts, Part-time) in Longview, Washington

At a Glance! LCC Rose Center for the Arts is seeking a House Manager to supervise performing arts events. The ideal candidate is a productive and independent worker who can prioritize, and juggle demands in a busy environment. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including volunteer usher organization, marketing, and event management. The House Manager is classified as a Program Coordinator under State of Washington Classified Job Specification and within the Washington Federation of State Employees for Higher Education. The typical schedule is flexible working no more than 75 hours per month. Must be available to work 2-4 hours between the hours of 8am - 5pm at least two days per week. Examples of Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvent Organization *Available to work all Rose Center for the Arts events *Create a welcoming, inclusive environment in the bookstore by providing excellent customer service at all times *Recruit, train, and schedule volunteer ushers for all performing arts events *Manage online ticket sales *Responsible for cash management, sales reports and deposits *Record audience attendance statistics *Timely response to all correspondence RCA Outreach and promotions *Produce and execute marketing and social media calendars Rental Management *Coordinate with Director Enterprise Services, and Campus Services in order to prepare the RCA for all events, including but not limited to: internal programing, high school reservations, community for-profit and non-profit events *Give tours of RCA to prospective clients *Schedule and manage RCA events in 25Live Perform other duties as assignedThis description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, effort, work conditions, and benefits associated with the job.
