Charlie's Produce is looking for DELIVERY DRIVERS that are team players to provide the best customer service to our customers. Job Summary: Based out of Spokane, route delivery, home each day. Typical shift is 8 -10 hours. Wage Range is $20.00-26.00 per hr depending on experience. Responsibilities What you will bring: Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries Load and unload product from trailer or van w/electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers Promote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departments All other duties as requested or assigned Qualifications Desired Minimum Qualifications: At least one (1) year experience in driving route deliveries in a box truck or tractor trailer, but we will train the right person! Valid Class C Driver License No serious traffic violations within the last three years Ability to obtain valid medical card Pass pre-employment drug test, road test and reference check We deliver to schools, hospitals, prisons and airports -- must be able to pass these background checks. Able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs repeatedly -- this is a labor intensive job Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees) Ability to operate an electric and/or manual pallet jack Charlie's Produce Total Compensation Package includes: Competitive hourly wage 90 day performance-based evaluation Annual reviews Supplemental retirement plan through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Robust employee assistance program.
