Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Facility Engineer to our growing Facility Management division in Spokane, WA. Some responsibilities you will have include: Customer Service Maintain positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients. Respond appropriately to customer requests for service in accordance with set service level agreement parameters. Maintain Corporate Facilities: Resolve all facilities' issues as assigned by work order system in accordance with key performance indicators. Coordinates all scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, oversees emergency and preventive maintenance. Manages third party vendors such as landscaping, cleaning and janitorial, pest control, signage, parking, security, etc. Maintains the building lighting system. Complies with McKinstry Safety Policy and Procedures. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed Inspect buildings, grounds, rooftops and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions. Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system repairs, upgrades or replacements. Order parts and supplies for maintenance repairs. Solicit proposals for outsourced work and execute the work. Execute small moves. Scope, schedule, budget and manage small projects as directed by Facility Manager. Maintain lock and key inventory system and tracking. Act as local point of contact for Security service and insure safety and security of the facility. Report all security issues to Facility Manager. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry High school diploma, or GED. Two years' general knowledge in facility management, maintaining HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems required. Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs including WORD, Excel, Outlook, MS-Project, VISIO, and PowerPoint. Ability to read, understand and redline drawings. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Additional certification in one or more of the following may be required: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.Must possess valid Washington State Driver's License.
