Company: Itron, Inc. Location: Liberty Lake, WA Position Title: Senior Program Manager Job Description: Manage and lead programs to deliver customer business outcomes for complex network programs. Manage the baselining of schedule, budget, and scope, ensuring the program commits and meets baseline. Provide exceptional leadership to program core team to deliver programs on time, within budget and with high quality while achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Perform overall solution program level planning and lead program execution of interdependent projects. Provide vision, strategy, and business objective alignment to lead end to end solution implementation. Establish and facilitate the interlock and operating model for program execution. Monitor overall solution, identify, and report potential obstacles such as scope creep, resource and personnel shortfalls, and problems with schedule, release delays and budget overruns. Owns Program as it relates to dependencies of milestones, resources and trade-offs. Report to Business and R&D leadership and Product Line management on potential issues and conflicts. Lead the identification of risks and issues, and development of risk mitigation strategies and an escalation process. Communicate progress to all levels of the business regularly. Manage effective decision making with leadership and teams. Provide feedback on the performance of program team members. Oversee common use of Itron's development process. Maintain and upgrade development process. Position is fixed location based in Washington office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience in a technical program management role. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): * Program managing a large system release comprised of multiple products * Networking Hardware, Firmware and software * Hardware and firmware products and development models and processes * Manufacturing and supply chain processes * Power BI * Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online * Oracle * Manufacturing and procurement experience * Agile * Azure Data Analytic Tools 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
