Our Liberty Lake, WA location is seeking a Quality Specialist who will develop and support quality tools, processes, reports and data analysis for global quality function. They will be required also to manage Liberty Lake site ISO system, compliance, including internal and external audits and integration in the global Itron Multi certification. Duties & Responsibilities Development and support for quality tools (KPI Report, Quality Alert, 8D internal and Supplier, Waiver, PQI, EVAL, PPAP, ...) Complete data analytics for All Quality System Data. Quality Dashboard development, support, and data mining Consolidate, validate and report KPI & CoPQ, coordinate monthly results. Manage technically QMS Sharepoint content, updates and changes. Develop and co-author - Global QMS processes. Own and drive QMS quality procedure. Liberty Lake Quality lead and ISO 9001 owner. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience Technical skills in tools development (Microsoft tools such as PowerBI, Power Apps, ...) Knowledge on ISO 9001 system management Experience in defining and deploying Processes. Preferred Skills & Experience: Quality background Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (preferably Quality) Certification(s): Certified IPC trainer, CQE preferred Travel: up to 10% The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
