What does a dedicated Project Manager do?
As a dedicated Project Manager, you will oversee projects from the planning stage through implementation. This includes leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, budgets, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
You will have responsibilities within the Project Management function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Requires business knowledge of applicable project life cycle driven by project type. Involves client facing skills (internal and/or external) depending on project type.
Deliver non technical project outcomes within time, cost, and quantity parameters by: engaging in project planning activities, executing to project goals and business objectives,, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project closing out and validating achievement of project objectives/deliverable.
Qualifications for consideration:
4+ years experience in Project Management
3 + years’ experience in customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency using Excel formulas and running SQL queries
Experience presenting to clients
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Knowledge of Fiserv systems
Experience designing and running reports using Access, Tableau or Altery
Bachelor’s degree preferred
