We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal IT Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems. This role will focus on internal consulting and supporting the Customer Market Engagement function and its enterprise-wide systems, including Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Salesforce Opportunity Management, and Customer and Partner systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems for Customer Market engagement organization like Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Sales Force, customer and partner management systems and engage across other functional areas Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation Develops test plans and protocols for evaluation of system performance Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes Develops conversion and system implementation plans Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards Coordinate's system upgrade activity Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system Ensures effective execution of corporate objectives Manages innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments Ensure that the systems are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security Provides support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum fifteen years of hands-on experience implementing, roll out, upgrading, enhancing Enterprise applications including 10 years of solid experience Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Sales Force Opportunity management, customer and partner management systems as a subject matter expert, Functional IT lead Subject matter expert for Salesforce and Conga CPQ and CLM, used by global sales teams, to assist in configuration, administration, integration, and support Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Quote to Cash stakeholders to develop relevant business process automation and workflows Effective in collaborating at all levels of the organization including reporting to C level executives if required. Deliver Salesforce, Conga CPQ, CLM projects, change requests, and enhancements Support data cleansing, data enrichment, and data conversion activities Work closely with IT integration, development, and BI teams along with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Integrate Salesforce, Conga CPQ/CLM with and other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency Prepare and maintain system design and configuration documentation Evaluate and maintain Salesforce security best practices.
