Itron, Inc. Intern-Business Intelligence Analyst in Liberty Lake, Washington

Itron's Sales Excellence organization is looking for an Intern- Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. Intern will give presentations, reports, deliver training development programs live and e-learning. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Support new hire onboarding of new hire in regard of scheduling, reporting, facilitation and insuring timely delivery of participation materials. Creating and delivering monthly sales excellence materials communication i.e. newsletters Have knowledge and skill with visualizing information in PowerPoint and PowerBI. Reviewing current materials and report and be able to drive white space (lack of something) analysis and suggestions. Work with others to develop, refine and scale data management, procedures, systems, and best practices to contribute to CME Business Intelligence (BI) function. Communicate results and gain consensus with non-technical audience. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to others. Required Skills & Experience Must be currently enrolled in a related accredited university program, working towards a bachelor's degree in business management, data science management, or related. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience or strong desire to learn Microsoft Pilot to assist new technologies rolling out internally Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Confident to deliver training development programs both live and e-learning. Thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo to drive improvement. Be great at solving problems, troubleshooting, and designing solutions to complex technical issues. Enjoy organizing, analyzing, and extracting meaningful information from large amounts of data to enable customer and Itron success. Have the ability and willingness to think and act strategically in support of CME's mission and operating goals. Documentation skills and process oriented Curious with a strong desire to learn. The ability to influence others and work closely on defining acceptable solutions. A track record of following through on commitments. Preferred Skills & Experience #LI Previous experience in technology deployment will be a plus Have an interest in learning programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python. Education Candidate must be currently enrolled in a related accredited university program, working towards a bachelor's degree in business management or related.
