Itron, Inc. Intern-Business Intelligence Analyst in Liberty Lake, Washington

Itron's Sales Excellence organization is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Support new hire onboarding of new hire in regard of scheduling, reporting, facilitation and insuring timely delivery of participation materials. Creating and delivering monthly sales excellence materials communication ie newsletters Have knowledge and skill with visualizing information in PowerPoint and PowerBI. Reviewing current materials and report and be able to drive white space (lack of something) analysis and suggestions. Work with others to develop, refine and scale data management, procedures, systems, and best practices to contribute to CME Business Intelligence (BI) function. Communicate results and gain consensus with non-technical audience. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to others. The successful candidate will: Experienced or have a strong desire to learn Microsoft Pilot to assist with new technologies rolling out internally. Previous experience in technology deployment will be a plus Confident to deliver training development programs both live and e-learning. Thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo in order to drive improvement. Be great at solving problems, troubleshooting, and designing solutions to complex technical issues. Enjoy organizing, analyzing, and extracting meaningful information from large amounts of data to enable customer and Itron success. Have an interest in learning programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python. Have the ability and willingness to think and act strategically in support of CME's mission and operating goals. Key Requirements: Curious with a strong desire to learn. The ability to influence others and work closely on defining acceptable solutions. Documentation skills and process oriented Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
