Aston Carter Bookkeeper in Liberty Lake, Washington

Description:

Aston Carter is partnering with a local manufacturing company to find a dedicated Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle daily financial transactions. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities.

• Record and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions efficiently

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

• Generate financial reports as needed

• Assist in the preparation of tax documents

• Collaborate with the office administrator to prepare invoices for clients

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
