We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Langley, Washington. In this role, you will oversee our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. This role involves performing daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee billing operations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

• Manage payroll processes for 25 employees and subcontracts around 100.

• Monitor and reconcile about a dozen corporate credit cards and their transactions.

• Maintain a simple set of books, ensuring all financial data is up to date.

• Prepare financial statements and reports for easy understanding of the company’s financial status.

• Implement and utilize proficiently Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable operations.

• Execute all accounting operations based on accounting principles.

• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.

• Develop periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 + project performance bonus.

Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrable experience with key accounting functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in handling billing tasks

• Ability to manage payroll for under 100 employees

• Experience with company credit card management

• Proficiency in using Sage 100 software
