Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Telecom Services industry based in Langley, Washington. In this position, you will be primarily tasked with the responsibility of managing customer data and ensuring its accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records efficiently

• Investigation and resolution of customer inquiries

• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions as necessary

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management

• Organizing files for easy access and retrieval

• Performing calculations necessary for data analysis

• Scanning relevant documents for record-keeping

• Typing data into the system with precision

• Providing excellent customer service through email correspondence. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential

• Exceptional Customer Service abilities are required

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential

• Experience in Organizing Files is necessary

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately

• Proficiency in Scanning documents and images
