Description Western State Hospital is inviting Registered Nurses to join our nursing team as a Registered Nurse Supervisor. In your role, you will collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain high quality nursing care for people with behavioral health issues. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that plans, delivers, and evaluates all patient care provided. We rely on you to take the lead role in medical emergencies and therapeutic intervention. You will audit aspects of care delivery to ensure compliance with Western State Hospital's policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
