Job Description

The primary function of this position is to direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule. Ability to control costs to assure project is within budget, coordination of all jurisdiction inspections, obtaining quality workmanship and provide a safe work environment at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years construction Superintendent experience

  • Manage Construction Projects from the field

  • Strong Leaderships skills

  • Can-Do Attitude & motivator in getting work done on time and within budget

  • Self-Starter with a strong work ethics

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Great communication skills with clients a must

  • Understands the importance of working together as a team within the organization and has the ability in assisting Subcontractors to assure their success on the project

  • Strong ability in the development & implementation of the weekly 5 week project schedule

  • Coordination of all inspections & sub-trade’s work

  • Set an example on-site regarding safety policies and project specific policies

  • Certification for Construction for Healthcare Facility by ASHE a plus.

  • Certification of OSHA 10 & 30 a plus

  • Performance meets or exceeds client’s expectations

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) a MUST

  • Administration of daily reports, PO’s and conducting safety meetings
