The Administrative Services Division *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a *Project Manager (Construction Project Coordinator 3) position. This position is locatedin our *Headquarters Office in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

In this position, you will manage construction, renovation and maintenance projects for Ecology statewide. You will direct the work of consultants and assigned project support staff, monitoring the work of contractors for assigned facilities projects. You will also prepare analyses of construction cost and prepare cost estimates based on facilities planning, conceptual studies, and bid comparison of projects for design, renovation and/or construction. Along with major repair/renovation project management, you will have the opportunity to build professional relationships with internal and external partners as you address issues impacting day to day operations throughout the state.

*Tele-work options for this position: *While working out of our Lacey facility, this position is expected to provide regular support to other Ecology facilities located in Western Washington. This position will involve some travel in order to visit facilities and manage projects. You will be eligible for telework with the possibility of up to 2 days working from home.
