Job Description Project Coordinator 9190 Orion Dr NE, Lacey, WA 98516 WA500 Travelling Store Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Project Coordinator, you will work in our FMI (Fastenal Managed Inventory) Technology department, coordinating the implementation lifecycle for our industrial vending machines, bin systems and other FMI technology devices. You will be responsible for managing activities such as information discovery, collecting and reviewing documentation for accuracy, generating product planograms and coordinating configuration and implementation activities through communication with internal and external team members while working towards achieving department goals and objectives and providing world class service and support to the field and our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Managing the project lifecycle of multiple supply chain technology implementation projects o Communicating with all project stakeholders via phone, email and video communication o Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure deliveries are met in a timely and accurate manner o Reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with submittal standards o Maintaining accurate records and project tracking o Demonstrating knowledge of business offerings, products, processes and standards REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing or a related field of study OR have administrative, customer service or industry related experience and product knowledge ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $41,600 - 45,600. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a monthly commission.
