Description Occupational Therapist- SCS Home Health Schedule: Full Time/ Days Service Area: Thurston County This is professional, clinical work involved in the planning and provision of therapy under physician's orders. The purpose and primary focus is to assist the client in accomplishing activities of daily living. Performance is evaluated by the Rehab Manager through direct observation, written reports and consultation.
