The Human Resources Office (HRO) at the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a Human Resource Business Partner (Human Resource Consultant 4) *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters Office in* Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station. The Department of Ecology is a medium sized agency with 2000+ employees and 10 environmental programs. We employ a large group of highly educated people who are passionate about the environment. As an HR generalist, you have exposure to multiple areas of HR (compensation, classification, employee relations, and labor relations) and have an opportunity to work on state-wide issues within the Washington State HR community.
