The Climate Pollution Reduction Program (CPRP) *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a *Greenhouse Gas Inventory & Transportation Section Administrative Assistant (Administrative Assistant 3) *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters Office in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
Do you possess strong organizing skills, provide stellar customer service, and prize your ability to be flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented? If so, you may be a great fit providing administrative support for the Greenhouse Gas Inventory & Transportation and Hydrofluourocarbon (HFC) sections. As Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of several ambitious state climate policies that make Washington State a leader! Some of your administrative activities will include: managing the Section Manager's schedule, representing the Section Manager in administrative meetings, and supporting section workgroups, including the Clean Fuel Standard (CFS), HFC, greenhouse gas inventory, and zero emission vehicle programs. You will help the teams organize and host public meetings and hearings, proofread documents, and maintain internal SharePoint sites to track progress.

The CPRP focuses long term, requiring creative and strategic decision making for implementation to achieve broad statewide and interstate success reducing carbon emissions in the state of Washington so residents have a healthy environment and climate. *Tele-work options for this position: *This position will have flexibility of a hybrid schedule, empowering work from home and office, providing less time in traffic and shrinking your carbon footprint.
