Willamette Dental Dental Hygienist in Lacey, Washington

Starting at $58 to $67 per hour, depending on experience, with an earnings potential range of $58 to $74.81 per hour.

  • Flexibility to travel to other WDG locations within a reasonable range as described in our Travel Policy as needed based on business need.

  • You’ll use evidence-based science without production, quotas or pressure to upsell as our dental hygienist.

  • You’ll work with highly-trained and friendly staff.

  • You’ll work a consistent weekly schedule.

Job Qualifications

  • Your primary focus is to establish patient rapport, educate, and engage the patient in partnering to maintain oral health.

  • Exhibit strong teamwork while working with a team of 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants while managing an efficient hygiene schedule.

  • Utilize your Washington State dental hygiene license to its fullest scope. Requirements are:

  • Unrestricted Dental Hygiene license OR Dental Hygiene Renewable Limited License

  • Local anesthesia endorsement; Required

  • Restorative function endorsement; Preferred

  • Dental Hygiene License required and in good standing
