The Financial Services Division *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a Contracts & Grants Payable (Fiscal Analyst 2)* position. This position is located* in our *Headquarters Office in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
The majority of the money in Ecology's budget is passed through to communities across the state to be used on environmental projects. Most of this money is provided directly to local governments and communities through grants, loans and contracts to help them make environmental improvements. Pass-through funds directly create jobs, improve economic development, and protect environmental and public health. In this role, you will be responsible for financial review and processing of payments for these agreements.
