U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in Kitsap County, Washington
You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Quality Assurance Office of PSNS and IMF.
You will support the application, maintenance, and efficiency of the quality assurance work performed in Code 130.
You will utilize analytical and evaluative techniques to support information technology, reports, updates, support and access, supply management, space and building management, maintenance, and safety.
You will plan and conduct departmental surveys, perform audits, independently initiate and complete projects, etc. and provide advisory services to management officials regarding departmental needs and support.
You will complete prioritized tasks to improve individual and department efficiency.
You will develop processes and metrics to effectively and efficiently support assignments in Code 130.
You will prepare a variety of reports required by various entities, by creating and maintaining databases, particularly on C130 SharePoint site.
You will serve as liaison with the Information Technology and Cyber Security Department to advocate for improvements and resolutions to technical software support issues within C130.
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating data to assess the effectiveness of Quality Asurance program operations to support established goals or objectives. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess the effectiveness of Quality Assurance program operations and support services. Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree. OR
Successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. GS 11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
