Kenworth is currently seeking a Technical Bulletin Supervisor, a key Aftersales role directly impacting Kenworth dealers and PACCAR customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage Kenworth\'s technical bulletins and partner on shared content with Peterbilt. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, data-driven self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You have demonstrated a knack for self-guided learning, rapidly acquiring and applying knowledge and new skills in nuanced situations. You must be able to execute against a strategy, take an idea and develop it into a broader solution, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and effectively deliver upon it. The Technical Bulletin Supervisor will oversee multiple deliverables across functions and divisions to publish high quality and timely technical bulletins, including safety and emissions recalls, and other information intended for Kenworth dealer service staff and customers.The role will supervise technical bulletin authors, ensure robust planning and delivery to meet project deadlines, and provide status reporting. Key Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute high visibility enterprise field action strategies while maximizing customer uptime at the lowest possible cost to PACCAR Leverage big data and available resources to generate high value enterprise field action recommendations to PACCAR leadership Define vehicle field action populations and customer information utilizing internal systems, including tools such as SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Access Supervise and assist technical bulletin authors in managing priorities with dynamic deadlines and gathering information across the organization, including reviewing output Provide status reporting Basic Qualifications We are seeking a professional with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering, business, data analytics or a related subject Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership Experience supervising, developing, motivating, and directing individual contributors Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position Experience working autonomously in an ambiguous environment leveraging resources to deliver timely and cost-effective results Knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suit
