The Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Manager leads the supply and inventory planning functions for Kestra. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and Tier 1 suppliers to synchronize demand and supply plans, optimize the supply chain, and ensure build plans are met. The manager analyzes field inventory levels, adjusts field PAR levels, and monitors supplier inventory to reduce excess materials. Additionally, they report supply and inventory metrics to operations and finance management and lead the implementation of business systems based on demand forecasting and supply planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manages the Planning Team.
Leads the supply and inventory planning function.
Collaborates with sales and marketing to synchronize demand and supply plans.
Collaborates with Tier 1 suppliers to optimize the full supply chain regarding cost, lead time, supplier consolidation and other considerations to improve Kestra’s business position.
Collaborates with Tier 1 (and sub-tier as required) purchasing and planning managers to ensure Kestra’s build plans are met.
Analyzes current and forecasted inventory levels by stocking locations to set/adjust PAR levels.
Collaborates with supply chain partners to adjust supply plans to meet forecasted and actual demand.
Collaborates with tier-1 and sub tier suppliers to ensure long-lead components are appropriately planned through the supply chain.
Monitors inventory throughout the supply chain to reduce or eliminate excess/obsolete material.
Ensures that all inventory movement transactions are performed as required.
Reports supply and inventory metrics to operations and finance management on a regular basis to ensure business objectives are met.
Leads the implementation of business-systems based on demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory requirements.
Collaborates with engineering functions to ensure NPIs and engineering changes are phased into the supply chain by assessing lead time and planning inventory levels to minimize obsolete inventory.
Responsible for inventory accuracy at Tier 1 suppliers. Participates in periodic cycle count activity at Tier 1 suppliers.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors in Supply Chain or Operations Management, technical and/or Business Management
7+ years of experience in planning and/or operation management within a regulated and/or medical device manufacturing environment
5+ years of people management experience
Experience with Inventory Planning Processes
Strong ERP/Planning System Experience
Higher level expertise with MS Excel
Preferred:
Masters in Business Administration
Materials planning for durable medical equipment
Experience with Microsoft D365 and/or Salesforce Master Planning Tools
Experience leading Planning Teams
Experience working with Medical Technology products

Salary: Annualized between $135,000 - $155,000. Depending on experience and location.
