Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc Supply Chain and Inventory Planner in Kirkland, Washington

The Supply Chain and Inventory Planner supports the supply and inventory planning function at Kestra. Collaborates with sales and marketing to develop a synchronized demand and supply plan. Analyzes current and forecasted inventory levels by location to correct inventory imbalances and develops plans to improve. Collaborates with supply chain partners to adjust supply plans to meet forecasted and actual demand and resolve variances to supply plans. Reports supply and inventory metrics to operations and finance management on a regular basis to ensure business objectives are met. Supports the implementation of business-system based demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory visualization tools. Collaborates with R&D and supply chain partners to phase-in changes and minimize obsolete inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Collaborates with sales and marketing to receive demand plan and create inventory and supply plan to meet demand using structured Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) cadence and business-system based forecasting, planning and inventory visualization tools.

  • Analyzes planned and actual inventory levels by location to balance availability with efficiency. Communicates needed change to supply chain partners to re-balance supply plan as needed.

  • Analyzes Tier 1 and sub-tier supply chain partners supply plans relative to demand forecast to identify over/under supply conditions and collaborates with supply chain management to resolve.

  • Collaborates with R&D and supply chain partners to phase-in product changes as required to assure continuity of supply.

  • Reports supply and inventory metrics to operations and finance management on a regular basis.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or technical degree with equivalent business experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain and inventory planning role

  • Experience supporting a company’s SIOP process

  • Experience coordinating supply plans with supply chain partners.

  • Experience working with demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory visualization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external partners

  • Operational and financial analytical skills

  • Predictive analytical skills in demand, supply and inventory modeling.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Med-Tech Products

  • MBA

  • Experience with business-system based demand forecast, supply plan, and inventory visualization tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Indoor open office environment

  • Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment

  • Extended hours when needed

Salary: Annualized between $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and location.
