What you get to do in this role:

  • Lead multiple, concurrent complex projects.

  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates

  • Manage technical project end to end and ensure expectations are met by stake holders

  • Provide regular status reports across multiple levels of management and leadership

  • Act as the main point of contact for the field on delivery systems questions and concerns

  • Drive project execution, including leading team meetings to ensure plans remains on track

  • Support capability intake process and business case development

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive projects prioritization and delivery.

  • Work with distributed team members across different time zones

To be successful in this role you have:

  • ​​​​​​Experience with big data analytics

  • Experience with highly scalable solutions for real-time analysis and reporting for multi-terabyte data sets using technologies like: Impala, Hive, HBase, Spark, Kafka and Hadoop environment in general.

  • Knowledge of big data infrastructure

  • Thrive in an agile work environment

  • Experience leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives etc and tracking work progress.

  • Ability do work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects

  • Exceptional social and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing software development projects end to end.

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of technical project management or related experience in software industry

Work personas

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.


A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.


A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
