Google Staff Software Engineer, BeyondCorp in Kirkland, Washington

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of software development experience, or 8 years with an advanced degree.

  • Experience in Java or C++ programming languages, distributed systems and building highly scalable and reliable systems/cloud services.

  • Experience in Security, Identity or Networking.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.

  • 15 years of professional software development experience.

  • 4 years of technical leadership experience in Network Security.

  • Experience executing large scale projects from design to deployment.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will redefine the enterprise security model by building BeyondCorp for Enterprises. You'll help provide technical strategy and direction for Identity-Aware Proxy and BeyondCorp initiatives.
