  • Defines, designs, and develops instructional materials for in-house-developed and packaged software and business processes.
  • Conducts in-house training classes.
  • Prepares training materials and documentation using a variety of delivery methods to maximize effectiveness and usability.
  • Responsible for employee instruction across a wide array of business processes and systems.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may mentor and coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
  • May provide testing, support and troubleshooting of prior developed technology solutions.
  • Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established regulations and internal controls.
  • Creates and delivers performance reports for training and process improvement needs to relevant stakeholders.
