About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Salesforce Developer, CPQ to join our fast growing Customer Applications team. In this role, you will help the team discover creative and sustainable ways to solve business challenges and improve our software capabilities and functionality associated with our Salesforce CPQ application. You will contribute your expertise designing and building first-class features and processes to meet evolving business requirements. And, you will be working alongside a supportive and fast-paced team with numerous opportunities to increase your professional knowledge and expertise. What You'll Do:

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design, technical design and implementation/enhancement of Quote to Cash with Salesforce CPQ.

  • Provide day to day L3 Salesforce platform and user support.

  • Collaborate with functional teams within Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, Enterprise Service.

  • Guiding team members, Performing code reviews, Identifying alternative solutions and Ensuring standard application development methodologies and coding standards are followed.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce CPQ capabilities.

  • Execute unit test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered

  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned task

  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in computer science

At least five years of software development and two years of Salesforce CPQ application development

Extensive knowledge of product configuration/bundles, complex pricing rules, Product Filtering/Search Plugins, Guided Selling, quote configurator plugins, Advanced Approvals, Salesforce CPQ APIs.

Proficiency in various CPQ Sales motions like subscription-based licensing, various discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, renewals etc.

Firm grasp on APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Automations using Trigger, Cloud Flow Designer, Test Class design and debugging.

Solid understanding of Salesforce Objects and Data Model

Experience with BitBucket or GitHub.

Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience implementing Quote to Cash solution end to end

Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (highly encouraged)

Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication.

Strong desire to learn new technologies and apply them
