ServiceNow is accepting resumes for the position of Senior Manager, Software Engineering Management in Kirkland, WA (Ref. #2218584). Lead and manage a group of talented engineers working on full stack software development to build our highly scalable, innovative, feature-rich and robust "lights-out" cloud platform-as-aservice technology suite to realize the vision of application development in the cloud. Be a career coach and mentor of team members, support them to achieve their development and career goals. Authorize timecards, leave, IT hardware and software requests. Make decisions in hiring, termination and promotion. Manage and deliver feature development, bug fixes. Provide customer support on delivered features. Prioritize and delegate work. Monitor the progress of work and communicate to stake holders. Monitor quality and security of features. Execute the delivery of high-quality release on time. Be a leader in executing our Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps visions. Manage team to design and evaluate new ideas to achieve no code application development on ServiceNow Cloud Platform. Participate in engineering design discussions with partner teams and guide best practices for Cloud Platform development. Coordinate with product management and analyze all functional and non-functional software requirements. Collaborate with technical department and ensure efficient release of all products and recommend key modifications and improvements to products through analysis. Telecommuting permitted. Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field and 6 years of experience in job offered or as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Analyst, or Computer-related occupation. Annual Salary: $251,576-$281,576.
