Bright Horizons Children's Centers Manager, Business Operations & Strategy in Kirkland, Washington

We're hiring a Manager, Business Operations & Strategy! The Manager, Business Operations & Strategy will support the Center Operations leadership team in driving key strategic initiatives to support business operations and strategic goals. Reporting to the Director, Center Strategy & Operations, this dynamic role will serve as an in-house consultant, supporting both planning activities and strategic projects across the Center Operations organization What you will be doing in this role: Business Strategy & Planning Support business strategy coordination and planning activities across the center operations organization Enable data and insights-driven decision making across the center operations business Conduct financial modeling and business case development for key strategic initiatives and any ad-hoc needs at the request of the COO Summarize KPIs and updates for Center Operations in strategic presentation materials for Executive Committee and Board of Directors Data Analytics & Reporting Synthesize information from multiple data sources and gaining a working knowledge of source systems to support the evolving data analytics strategy for center operations Work with Field leadership to vet and prioritize needs for metrics and KPIs, piloting reports before they are developed into dashboards Work with Business Intelligence team to create new dashboards, summarizing needs from various stakeholders and further vetting requirements to streamline work for BI Project Management Serve as project manager for initiatives impacting Center Operations Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes within the Center Operations support functions What we hope you will bring to this role: Bachelor's Degree 3 Years of Business Experience Additional Job Requirements Experience in management consulting strongly preferred Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities in finance and business subjects Experience with business case development and financial modeling Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik The salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
