Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the shipping and storage of products both domestically and internationally. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and cost-effective shipments while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, working with the Inventory Group, trucking companies, rail lines, and storage facilities. Communicate with customers regarding shipments, logistics updates, and sales contracts to ensure compliance with agreements. Track inventory allocations and assist with warehouse transfers to maintain stock accuracy. Support the sales team in handling client interactions for both domestic and export markets. Prepare quality analysis reports and ensure data accuracy. Assist with sales documentation and general administrative tasks. Cross-train within the department and develop a procedures manual for this role. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing (Bachelor's preferred). 1--2 years of experience in logistics, exporting, and sales administration, including domestic and international shipping. Prior experience in marketing or management is a plus. Strong attention to detail with data entry proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Adobe Pro experience preferred.
