Job Description:

• We are looking for a Interaction Visual UX Designer that can help us improve client by working with Product managers to imagine new features and to improve existing features.

Responsibilities:

• Create interaction design solutions for various client’s projects.

• Collaborate closely with user research to inform design direction.

• Communicate design strategy to both internal and external teams; clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users’ needs.

• Partner with UX, PM, and Eng leaders to envision the future of UX.

• Understand business goals and seek to understand product market, competitors, opportunities, and challenges.

• Coach and manage designers to deliver the best work of their careers.

• Lead design for different devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with other UX leaders to drive best practices and UX consistency across client’s Workspace overall.

• Ensure our experiences and standards are accessible.

• Contribute to the creation of visual and motion design language, standards, and design systems for the customer-facing Drive experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional interaction or UX design experience.

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of visual & motion designers, UX writers, and UX engineers.

• Strong product sensibility, with capability to evangelize and drive key product innovations.

• Experience designing with accessibility requirements and internationalization standards.

• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to represent and evangelize complex business or technical concepts externally.

Skills:

• Experience working on productivity software or Business to Business (B2B) software.

• Experience working on a storage product.

• Experience with Material design standards.

• Experience in Figma.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
