POSITION SUMMARY:

The Aerospace Inside Sales Manager is responsible for sales order management, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the communication & execution of aerospace programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospace industry, strong leadership skills, technical expertise for value add and alternate solutions, and the ability to balance multiple complex projects from inception to completion. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the sales orderbook, ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, scheduled, and follow the approved processes.

Monitor and manage quote load as well as required metrics & internal presentations to ensure planned growth is being achieved Support business development team pursuing new business opportunities within the aerospace sector.

Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.

Participate in the prioritization, execution, and delivery of aerospace programs, ensuring timely communication of customer requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and purchasing, to ensure program success.

Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and customer specifications.

Apply technical knowledge of aerospace systems, materials, and manufacturing processes to support sales efforts and program execution.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product designs meet customer specifications and industry standards.
