Implementation Senior Supervisor

Job Objective:

Responsible for role modeling and executing all aspects of project leadership, planning, and execution to onboard Software as a service (SaaS) projects for new and existing customers. Lead a team of Implementation Administrators in their daily duties and responsibilities. Serves as the subject matter expert in the implementation process for all V340B products and features. Help promote department standards including ongoing education and consistency of execution for a superior customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor team of implementation administrators to ensure timely documentation on project updates, following of department’s best practices, and first escalation point on any project or client issues.

  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for both customers and team members. Lead and execute continuing education sessions that promote consistent, efficient, and problem free projects

  • Utilize all educational and training resources available to maintain knowledge of features and functions of the software. Take personal accountability for recognizing areas of development for self and team.

  • Serve as a role model for team exemplifying expectations for client interactions, expected company culture, and performance expectations.

  • Follow project and procedural workflows, while regularly evaluating current processes and procedures and contribute to improvement of workflows based on learnings and current business demands.

  • Assist with planning and executing department goals

  • Assist with planning and leading onboarding of new team members

  • Assist in ensuring internal documentation is up to date and accurate

  • Drive and manage multiple, assigned implementation projects from initial customer engagement through planning, execution, and launch phases - managing all key steps and stakeholders of each project.

  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience with Verity's software solutions including oversight to ensure accurate customer data extract set ups, wholesaler interactions, client pain points and configuration for software solutions.

  • Ensure thorough training on software functions and key customer interactions to facilitate smooth and confident transition to 'live' project state and transition to account management as applicable.

  • Facilitate proactive, timely, and comprehensive communication and demonstrations with customers and all Verity stakeholders key to the critical path success of a project implementation.

  • Manage, coach, develop, mentor and regularly assess performance metrics for a team of direct reports.

  • Acts as lead communicator between team and outside groups, including but not limited to Product Development, Account Management, Sales, and Accounting as well as outside Vendors to ensure optimal operational success of the customer and future customers.

  • Assist in prioritizing and tracking operations-focused tickets and product development needs to support the customer experience.

  • Serve as a professional and courteous face of Verity Solutions through phone, email, Webinar or in-person interactions.

  • Supports and promotes the Verity Solutions values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

  • Attend to other implementation or cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing cloud-based software technology implementation or project management role; strong knowledge in 340B or pharmacy operations.

  • Ability to have flexibility in dealing with workday emergencies and attend to critical customer issues. both in and out of the corporate office.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality.

  • Passion for mentoring and leading others in a positive way, encouraging growth.

  • Proven ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems with customer data and/or Verity Solutions database schema.

  • Strong experience with MS Office; expert Excel capability a must.

  • Proven display of interest in customer and colleague success through sharing of knowledge, ideas, tips and experiences.

  • Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form at a high level.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and accept working in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple discreet implementation projects at the same time.

  • Visible enthusiasm for on-going learning and research of the 340B program and associated legislation or compliance.

  • Role models a passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.

  • Dedicated private working environment with an internet Connection having either cable broadband or fiber optics with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

  • Successful team management and team building experience a major plus.

Working Conditions:

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Occasional corporate travel (up to 15%) to remote offices, business meetings, events and customer facilities may be required.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,500 - 164,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
