This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications team in creating and helping implement marketing collateral across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the Marketing Producer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications

Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, marketing, art, or related discipline
Expertise in the Adobe Suite, Presentation Design (Microsoft PowerPoint), and Figma
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
Impeccable attention to detail and well-organized – both in design work and file output
Obsessed with making things consistent in terms of spacing and alignment
Adaptability to working style and inputs and enthusiasm to produce high-quality design
Familiarity with Marketing Project Software (Smartsheet)
Preferred:
Bonus points for video editing capabilities
Experience with the Google Analytics
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Understanding of content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Weebly etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation software like Hubspot

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
