We are looking for a highly motivated team player who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, polished communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience within a dynamic and fast-paced FP&A organization, owning significant model assumptions, and providing critical decision support to leaders across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Support monthly balance sheet and cashflow statement forecast, areas of focus will include Deferred Revenue, Receivables; Leases and Other miscellaneous assets/liabilities
Deliver the variance analysis, including actual vs. forecast and current forecast vs. prior forecast
Work cross functionally with operation forecast team, accounting, procurement, data analytics, treasury, and technical accounting team to ensure the reporting and forecast accuracy
Leverage system capabilities for forecasting and reporting
Seek opportunities to continually improve forecast modeling and processes
Special Projects -- ad hoc analyses to support informed decision-making
What You'll Need:
Education -- bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business-related majors
Accounting/Finance experience -- 2+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance area
Accounting/Finance Knowledge -- you have a thorough understanding of accounting/finance concepts, especially balance sheet and statement of cashflow.
Working experience with budgeting and forecasting tools, familiarity with NetSuite/Adaptive a plus
Strong Excel Skills
Attention to Detail -- you display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in your work
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Other -- demonstrated experience or interest related to cybersecurity and/or SaaS
Bias Toward Action -- you are a self-starter who is comfortable advancing the ball with minimal direction or oversight; you are flexible and interested in learning
