We are looking for a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter to focus on our diversity and strategic sourcing programs to proactively identify and recruit top talent for current and future business-critical roles at Nintendo. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Develop deep understanding of Nintendo's talent segments to build a pipeline of qualified talent to fill current and future hiring needs via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Support and execute on strategic recruiting programs and diversity recruiting events
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in creating sourcing strategies for priority roles
  • Source, assess and deliver pipeline of top talent to hiring teams
  • May require limited travel to talent networking and recruiting events
