Within the Digital Marketing department, the CRM/Loyalty team is comprised of four functions - E-mail Marketing, Nintendo Switch News, My Nintendo and Nintendo Switch Online. We strive to develop relationships with our consumers through direct-to-consumer communication and other programs that lead to long term consumer engagement and value. Responsibilities of our team include:

  • Strategy, planning and execution of our direct-to-consumer e-mail communications.
  • Content planning and creation for the on-device Nintendo Switch News channel.
  • Management of the My Nintendo program and continuous development of new loyalty initiatives to drive Nintendo Account creation and value.
  • Management of Nintendo Switch Online ongoing operations and driving the program's business objectives, priorities, and execution.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Schedule and maintain content calendars to ensure on time delivery.
  • Collaborate with creatives (copy, design, videos), product managers, localization, legal, QA to drive high quality contents that are on brand, error-free, and in alignment with the strategic direction.
  • Coordinate the content delivery from start to finish.
  • Own your content quality, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Stay on top of new information coming from SME and pivot the course as needed in fast-paced environment.
  • Create mock-ups for legal and stakeholder review.
  • Register contents via CMS.
  • Think strategic to find opportunities to improve KPI and meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with NCL and other regions to support global initiatives.
  • Maintains records of communications/documents related to various active, inactive, and completed cross-departmental projects.
  • Coordinates and works on special projects and other duties as assigned.
