  • Manage and facilitate the content planning and scheduling process. Engage content stakeholders and facilitate prioritization of content.
  • Manage the content operations process - including but not limited to initiating copywriter/design requests, routing approvals, conducting QA, etc.
  • Coordinate with other regions (Nintendo of Europe, Japan) to leverage new content and facilitate localization.
  • Schedule and maintain content calendars to ensure on time delivery.
  • Collaborate with creatives (copy, design, videos), product managers, localization, legal, QA to drive high quality contents that are on brand, error-free, and in alignment with the strategic direction.
  • Coordinate the content delivery from start to finish.
  • Own content quality, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Stay on top of new information coming from SME and pivot the course as needed in fast-paced environment.
  • Create mock-ups for legal and stakeholder review.
  • Register contents via CMS.
  • Collaborate with NCL and other regions to support global initiatives.
  • Maintains records of communications/documents related to various active, inactive, and completed cross-departmental projects.
  • Coordinates and works on special projects and other duties as assigned.
