  • Acts as a liaison between NOA, NCL and third party partners for asset approvals, including but not limited to artwork and marketing assets.
  • Manages asset approval for projects with NCL; determines approach taken to facilitate and influence design approval from NCL, then communicates with appropriate stakeholders
  • Applies understanding of asset approval process to provide advice and guidance to internal teams
  • Partners with NOA team members to support launches, creative, promotional, and marketing activities
  • Creates and manages approval workflow.
  • Develops plans and negotiates with NCL and NOA teams to find solutions in order to execute projects on time.
  • Ensures alignment on correct use of assets with NOA and NCL
  • Negotiates and communicates updated status of the projects to team members, NCL, and between vendors
  • Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange complex information related to assigned activities
  • Provides bilingual communication support with NCL design approval.
  • Analyzes and reports on process, output and results to direct supervisor and management, as requested
  • Provides Japanese/English translations for meetings (virtual and on-site), email communications and product and marketing submissions from partner to Nintendo.
