  • Under direction from other engineers, develops, modifies, and troubleshoots technology systems, addressing functionality, performance, security, quality, operations, and monitoring needs.
  • Maintains existing infrastructure to enable internal customers to efficiently accomplish their work.
  • Performs incident response and break-fix triage for infrastructure system issues.
  • Creates detailed test scenarios, performs testing and analyzes results.
  • Documents all technology changes through appropriate change control.
  • Clearly communicates the status of work, progress, and obstacles to the team.
  • Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established regulations and controls.
  • Writes scripts and uses automation to perform basic tasks.
  • Increase knowledge base on all aspects related to hardware/software/network components.
  • Participates in on-call rotation and resolution of incident escalations.
