Position Overview: The Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the accounting department by managing customer payments, ensuring accurate billing, and helping resolve issues related to outstanding balances. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and post customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Generate invoices and account statements, ensuring timely billing and record-keeping

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments

• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and ensure timely payment

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all transactions

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

• Work closely with the team to maintain an organized and efficient AR process

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
