Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Receivable Clerk position in Kirkland, Washington. As a crucial member of our team, your primary focus will be on accounts receivable, with additional tasks in accounts payable. This role involves significant interaction with the sales team and operations manager, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries in an efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed

• Manage collections, mostly through email communication

• Generate reports for aging accounts receivable

• Assist in generating stock/inventory reports

• Support in tracking shipping processes

• Handle bank deposits

• Manage a limited number of invoices

• Perform a significant amount of work in Excel Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must

• Familiarity with Billing procedures and practices

• Strong understanding of Cash Applications

• Demonstrated ability in Cash Collections

• Experience in Commercial Collections is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
