Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Intelligence Operations Directorate of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division, located in Keyport, WA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Branch Manager overseeing the Special Security Office (SSO) and the Advanced Programs Support Office (APSO) in the Intelligence Operations Division. You will function as the Division site representative at for all matters involving Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAPs). You will provide daily supervision, management, and technical oversight of a security staff which provides SCI and SAP physical, personnel, information, and information systems security to Government and contract facilities. You will work with the SCI and SAP Team Leads, Regional SSO, Program Security Officers, Program Managers, NUWN KPT Division/Department Heads, and various stakeholders within and outside the Command. You will ensure security compliance and provide access to the required facilities and information systems. You will administer the Command's SCI and SAP security requirements in support of engineering projects and other efforts as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating security program requirements to coordinate security matters with multiple teams or commands, identify problems, develop solutions, and monitor the execution of resources for a security program.
