Naval Sea Systems Command LEAD LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in Keyport, Washington
Summary You will serve as a LEAD LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the UNMANNED UNDERSEA SYSTEMS DIVISION within the UNMANNED & THEATER UNDERSEA WARFARE DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will serve as a senior logistician assigned as an Integrated Product Support (IPS) Lead in direct support to Program Office and NUWC KPT ISEA. You will manage subordinate personnel in the execution of IPS tasks locally, and/or by element managers ensuring the accuracy and execution of all team IPS deliverable products meet the needs of the associated Program. You will be responsible for setting priorities and establishing deadlines in the development of IPS deliverables and products, which include Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Interim Supply Support Plan (ISSP). You will be responsible for analyzing various kinds of data for the purpose of determining support requirements to establish the relationship between the support system and the material system. You will provide input to adjust the support strategy based on system engineering changes and ensure the transition of the system from design development, through production, and into fielding and sustainment. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating Integrated Logistic Support for the development or sustainment of an undersea project or program.
