BAE Systems is seeking an SCA General Clerk II to provideon-going documentation control and maintenance support to NUWC Keyport.

There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Ifrelocation is required, the selected candidate must be willing to relocate athis/her own expense.

This support shall consist of the following:

Technical and administrative assistance for collecting, distributing,reviewing, preparing, processing, and entering changes/revisions.

Filing technical documents, supporting therevision and maintenance of Fleet Standing Operating Procedures.

Manage and store classified documents inaccordance with DoD regulations

Update and validate accuracy of existingprocedures based on ISE procedure review comments, and approved change documents.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Must have the following:

HS Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years administrative and/or word processing experience

Active final DoD security clearance

Adobe Acrobat experience

Excellent attention to detail

Strong proofreading skills

Willing to work in a group atmosphere, be flexible, and able to work under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Highly desired education/skills/experience:

Associates Degree and minimum of 2 years administrative and/or word processing experience

Navy technical manual knowledge

Strong MS Office Suite skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
