Description Position at ZonesCompany OverviewAt Zones, we enable positive business outcomes through innovative solutions that leverage technology from world-class partners and exceptional service from our team of certified sales, engineering, and supply chain specialists.Position OverviewAs the Warehouse Projects Supervisor you will prepare goods for shipment, process collates for shipping, and deliver supplies, materials, and products from the warehouse in accordance with customer demands and requirements. This position will require general supervision, the ability to manage the daily operations of the warehouse, which includes leading team members to achieve company goals and objectives with emphasis.Key ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position will require mastering all aspects of Zones Distribution process including; Receiving, Put away, Pick, Pack, Ship, Auditing and Project management.Supervise personnel, which typically includes work allocation, productivity review, training and development and problem resolution.Manage the printing, sorting, recording and dispersal of pick tickets.Manage the day-to-day entry of receiving data into computer system.Provide products to customers in an efficient and timely manner arranges for packaging, transportation, and/or delivery of goods.Maintain space, equipment, and supplies.Manage inventory, transfers, and product rotation.Conduct periodic or special inventory audits and assists in the reconciliation of physical counts.Recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required by daily work volume.We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 years supervisory experience in warehousing and/or inventory control, or equivalent responsibilitiesUtilization of RF technology through WMS.History of performing User Acceptance Testing.Participation in Tier 1 WMS implementations and other project based improvements.Intermediate excel skills including Pivot tables and V-lookup.Experience in drop ship/ specialty/ larger retail order processing.Managing teams of 10 or larger.Background in Parcel, LTL, TL, routing guides, Vendor Compliance.Certifications/Licenses/Etc.Forklift CertificationZones offers a comprehensive Benefits packageWhile we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
