Veritiv Operating Co Warehouse Coordinator> in Kent, Washington

Job Purpose: This position will conduct tests to determine the stability of samples and quality of raw materials, bulk intermediate and finished products. Job Responsibilities: Analyze, trend, and report on compliance data., Assist in the development of quality plans, identifies critical control points and preventive measures, monitors procedure effectiveness, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system., Provides compliance support for operations to assure regulatory compliance and appropriate business planning., Provides hands-on guidance and contribution to the day-to-day functioning of the quality management system. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: * Print and review all certified orders * Label all tape with customer-specific requests (some tape comes pre-labeled) * Quality check all certified product that comes into the warehouse * Review all certificate of conformance and certification of analysis for accuracy from the vendor * Issue supplier evaluations for vendors that supply inventory that is labeled or certified incorrectly * Print/ship/track all certified orders * Perform weekly shelf audits to ensure 100% accuracy on quantity and remaining shelf life of inventory * Perform quarterly shelf life audits with Boeing Customer Service Manager to help prevent inventory from expiring before being sold * Communicate extensively with CXP's to ensure orders ship on time * Track all shipment dates on all Boeing open orders to meet their delivery windows * Ensure that ALL product is received correctly and follows the Boeing issued ISO standards * Track all certified and non-certified Boeing order PODs to ensure they are scanned and billed Salary Range: 56-62K Work Experience: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months) Education: ?
