Responsibilities: * Mentor and provide instruction to junior technicians on accurate test methods and vibration control installation techniques. * Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure) on flight hardware per company procedures. * Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain vibration tables, thermal chambers, pressure systems, and DAQ equipment (PTs, TCs, voltage/current meters, mass flow meters). * Collaborate with test engineers and management to coordinate daily test activities and schedules. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machines, and equipment following 5S standards. * Configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation according to test plans and standards. * Manage multiple test projects concurrently while identifying and mitigating cost, schedule, and technical risks. * Operate systems in a fast-paced environment safely and effectively. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience. * Experience: * 1-3 years of environmental test experience or expertise in vibration, shock, or specification performance. * Knowledge of manufacturing and test processes and procedures. * Experience with data acquisition systems, data analysis, and data processing. * Proficiency in interpreting drawings, shop orders, and work instructions. * Hands-on experience with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic test equipment. * Vibration, pressure, thermal testing experience * Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Read nad interpret piping diagrams * Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and prioritization. * Proficiency with software systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Physical Requirements: * Ability to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 50 lbs. for short durations. * Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or asylee. * Preferred Qualifications: * Associate or technical degree in a relevant field. * Experience designing and fabricating test equipment from engineering development to manufacturing implementation. * Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, non-conformance systems, and order scheduling systems. * Familiarity with GSE/fittings and test instrumentation (e.g., pressure transducers, thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers, flow meters). * Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics. * Experience with National Instruments, Dewesoft, Arduino, LabVIEW, or Test Stand. * Expertise in maintaining calibrated equipment. * Ability to work in tight areas and lift/carry 45lbs Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) Your Recruiter Still have questions?
